Placement meeting times

Here is a list of times when we will be available for meetings to discuss your volunteer placement application. The list will be updated each week as we confirm our office times. We would like to use WhatsApp or Zoom and use audio only.

Please let us know if you would like to use WhatsApp or Zoom for the meeting.

• If you would like to use WhatsApp, please send us a message with your preferred meeting times on Whatsapp 0044 7470 620191. We will then reply with confirmation.
• If you prefer to use Zoom, please email your preferred meeting times to Thorsmork@trailteam.is. We will then reply with confirmation and a Zoom link.

Please select suitable meeting times from the list below. It would be very helpful if you could provide a couple of options when you will be available. If you are not able to find any suitable times on the list due to time zones, please get in touch.

Please note that the meeting times are in GMT. In preparation, please take a look at the placement information and Volunteer Guide. The meetings usually take about 40 minutes.
