Placement meeting times

Here is a list of times when we will be available for meetings to discuss your volunteer placement application. The list will be updated each week as we confirm our office times. We would like to use WhatsApp (audio only) for the meetings.

Please select suitable meeting times from the list below. It would be very helpful if you could provide a couple of options of times when you will be available. If you are not able to find any suitable times on the list due to your time zone, please get in touch.

Please send us a message with your preferred meeting times on WhatsApp +44 7470 620191 so that we have the WhatsApp connection ready. You should receive confirmation within 2 days, so if you don’t hear back from us, please send us an email. Don’t forget to include your name in the WhatsApp message.

In preparation for the meeting, please read the Equipment and Clothing list and Volunteer Guide. Here are our terms and conditions. The meetings usually take about 45 minutes.
