Placement meeting times

Here is a list of times when we will be available for meetings to discuss your volunteer placement application. We would like to use Microsoft Teams for the meetings. The list will be updated weekly as we confirm our office hours.

Please select suitable meeting times from the list below and email them to us.
It would be very helpful if you could provide a couple of options for times when you will be available. If you are not able to find any suitable times on the list due to your time zone, please let us know.

We will then send you confirmation and a Microsoft Teams meeting link. If you don’t receive a meeting link within 2 days, please contact us again.

In preparation for the meeting, please read the Equipment and Clothing list and Volunteer Guide. Here are our terms and conditions. The meetings usually take about 45 minutes.
